❌ What the Warranty Doesn’t Cover #
The warranty does not apply to:
- Products with visible physical or water damage
- Items that have been tampered with or altered
- Damage due to incorrect usage or installation
🛠️ What Happens If My Product Fails? #
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period:
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.
- Provide proof of purchase (order number, product name, and date).
- If eligible, a replacement or repair will be processed promptly.
Please note: Customers are responsible for delivery costs when sending items back for warranty claims.
🕒 Warranty Timeframe #
- Your warranty begins on the purchase date and remains valid for 12 months.
- All warranty claims are processed within 3 business days of receiving the product.
