👤 How It Works #
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, a trusted friend, family member, or colleague can accept the package for you.
To ensure a smooth process:
- Let us know ahead of time who will be receiving the order
- Provide their full name and phone number to our support or delivery team
- Ensure they are at the correct address and available during the delivery window
💳 For Pay on Delivery Orders #
If you selected Pay on Delivery, your authorised recipient must:
- Have the exact cash or card ready to complete the transaction
- Be informed about the product being delivered
- Be available to inspect and sign off on the item upon delivery
📦 Responsibility After Delivery #
Once the delivery is completed and received by your authorised person:
- BennyBoom will consider the delivery successful
- Any issues or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Ensure your representative checks the item thoroughly on your behalf
