If the delivery team arrives and you’re unavailable:

  1. First Attempt:
    • Our rider will try to reach you by phone.
    • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to dispatch.
  2. Second Attempt:
    • We’ll contact you to reschedule.
    • The second delivery may come with an additional fee, depending on your location.
  3. After Multiple Failed Attempts:
    • The order may be cancelled.
    • Future orders may require upfront payment instead of payment on delivery.
