AI Order Flow: How Orders Are Confirmed via Chat

At BennyBoom, we use smart chat technology to make ordering fast, simple, and reliable—especially for customers who prefer Pay on Delivery. Once you submit an order form, our intelligent chat assistant takes over to confirm and finalise your order.

Here’s how it works:

🛒 1. You Place an Order via the Form #

You’ll fill out a short form on our website or product page with:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Delivery address
  • The product(s) you want

As soon as the form is submitted, our system alerts our assistant to begin chatting with you.

🤖 2. Chat Assistant Confirms Order Details #

The assistant will message you (on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger depending on your contact preference) to:

  • Confirm the product(s) you ordered
  • Confirm your delivery address and name
  • Double-check quantity and any preferences
  • Ask for your preferred delivery date and time
  • Ensure someone will be available to receive it

3. Final Order Confirmation #

Once you confirm the delivery time and address:

  • Your order is locked in for processing
  • You’ll receive a summary of your order (via chat)
  • Our delivery team gets notified and begins the dispatch process

🕒 4. Delivery Scheduling #

Our assistant works with you to choose a convenient delivery date—usually within 24 hours for locations in Lagos. For other states, we inform you of the estimated arrival time.

You’ll also get a reminder on the day of delivery to ensure someone is available.

🔁 Need to Make a Change? #

If you want to cancel, reschedule, or add another product, just let the assistant know during the chat. You can also contact customer service directly for any concerns.
