🕐 1. Be Available at the Agreed Time #
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll be given a delivery date and time window. Please ensure you or someone you trust is available to:
- Answer calls from our dispatch rider
- Receive the package
- Inspect the item on delivery
🏡 2. Provide Clear Address Details #
Double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. Make sure to:
- Include house/flat number, street name, landmarks, and LGA
- Add any special delivery instructions if your location is tricky to find
📞 3. Keep Your Phone On #
Our rider or team may need to reach you to:
- Confirm directions
- Notify you they’re nearby
- Verify any last-minute delivery concerns
Missed calls can lead to delays or failed delivery.
👥 4. Authorise Someone Else If You’ll Be Away #
If you won’t be around:
- Assign someone to receive the delivery
- Let us know their name and phone number ahead of time
- Inform them to inspect the package upon receipt

If you realise you won’t be available:
- Contact us at least 3–6 hours before the delivery window
- We’ll help you reschedule or make alternative arrangements
