At BennyBoom, we ensure your delivery experience is smooth, fast, and stress-free. Once your order has been confirmed, here’s exactly what to expect on the day of delivery.
🚚 Delivery Timeframe #
- Lagos Orders: Usually delivered within 24 hours
- Outside Lagos: Delivered within 1–3 working days
- International Orders: Arrive within 8 working days
Our delivery team will contact you before arrival to confirm that you’re available and to avoid missed deliveries.
📞 Pre-Delivery Confirmation Call #
You will receive a phone call or WhatsApp message from our dispatch rider or team to:
- Confirm someone will be available at the address
- Clarify any address directions
- Confirm your preferred payment method (especially for Pay on Delivery)
Please keep your phone handy and answer any incoming calls to avoid delivery delays.
💳 Payment on Delivery #
If you selected Pay on Delivery, please ensure:
- You have cash or your card ready (POS available in most cases)
- You inspect the product before completing payment
- You are present or someone you trust is available to receive and pay
📦 Product Inspection #
Before finalising the delivery:
- You’ll have a chance to inspect the product packaging
- Feel free to ask the delivery agent to verify the item with you
- For items with multiple parts (like jumpstart kits or CCTV), the agent may assist you in checking that everything is included
🛑 Missed Delivery Attempt #
If you’re not available and didn’t reschedule:
- Our team will try to contact you again
- After 2 failed delivery attempts, your order may be placed on hold
- You’ll need to confirm a new delivery date
