📦 Step 1: Inspect Your Product Immediately #
Once you receive your delivery, please inspect the item on the spot:
- Check for physical damage (cracks, breaks, dents)
- Ensure all components or accessories are included
- Confirm the item powers on (if applicable)
If you’re collecting from our store, you can inspect the item before leaving.
📸 Step 2: Take Clear Photos #
If there’s visible damage, please:
- Take clear photos of the product
- Include pictures of the packaging, if it was also affected
- Make sure images show the issue clearly

🔄 Step 4: Return & Replacement Process #
Once we confirm the damage:
- We’ll guide you through the return process
- A replacement will be processed and shipped within 3 business days
- The product must not show signs of misuse, electrical tampering, or water damage
You are responsible for delivery costs when returning the damaged product.

- No refunds are offered, but we’ll always replace a damaged product under warranty.
- You must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement.
