What to Do If I Receive a Damaged Product

At BennyBoom, we take quality and packaging seriously, but if you receive a damaged product, we’re here to help you resolve it quickly and smoothly.

📦 Step 1: Inspect Your Product Immediately #

Once you receive your delivery, please inspect the item on the spot:

  • Check for physical damage (cracks, breaks, dents)
  • Ensure all components or accessories are included
  • Confirm the item powers on (if applicable)

If you’re collecting from our store, you can inspect the item before leaving.

📸 Step 2: Take Clear Photos #

If there’s visible damage, please:

  • Take clear photos of the product
  • Include pictures of the packaging, if it was also affected
  • Make sure images show the issue clearly

📞 Step 3: Contact Us Within 24 Hours #

Please reach out to us as soon as possible:

Include the photos, your order number, and a short description of the issue.

🔄 Step 4: Return & Replacement Process #

Once we confirm the damage:

  • We’ll guide you through the return process
  • A replacement will be processed and shipped within 3 business days
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, electrical tampering, or water damage

You are responsible for delivery costs when returning the damaged product.

❗️Important Notes #

  • No refunds are offered, but we’ll always replace a damaged product under warranty.
  • You must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement.
