What to Do If You Missed the Delivery

We understand that unexpected things happen and you might not always be available when your delivery arrives. At BennyBoom, we’ve made it easy to reschedule or make alternative arrangements.

🚚 If You Missed the Delivery Attempt #

If our delivery partner attempted to deliver your order and you weren’t available:

• You will receive a call or WhatsApp message notifying you of the missed delivery.
• The item will not be left behind without confirmation, to ensure it gets to the right person.

🔄 How to Reschedule Delivery #

To reschedule your delivery:

1. Reply to our WhatsApp message or call us as soon as possible.
2. Confirm a new date and time that works for you.
3. Ensure someone will be available at the address during the rescheduled time.

👥 Can Someone Else Receive It? #

Yes. If you won’t be around, you can authorise someone else to receive the delivery on your behalf. Just let us know their name and phone number ahead of time.

❗Important Note #

If multiple delivery attempts are missed without communication, we may require prepayment before dispatching the item again.
