When you’re paying on delivery, we need to make sure:

  • Someone will be available at the address
  • You’re aware of the product, price, and delivery date
  • There are no misunderstandings that could cause a failed delivery

A quick call helps us avoid unnecessary trips or delays.

We usually try WhatsApp first. But if we don’t hear back within a reasonable time, a phone call helps us move the order process along—especially for urgent or same-day deliveries.
