Once your order is submitted (via the website or WhatsApp), you’ll receive a confirmation message from our team or automated assistant.
This message will:- Confirm the product(s) and quantity
- Ask for any missing details (e.g. preferred delivery date or location clarification)
- Delivery Scheduling
We’ll ask you to choose a preferred delivery day — typically within 24 hours for most Nigerian locations.
You’ll also be asked to confirm whether you or someone else will be available to receive the item. - Packing & Dispatch
Once confirmed, your item is securely packed and handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners. - Notification Before Arrival
You’ll receive a notification or call when the rider is close by. This helps ensure you’re available and prevents delivery delays. - Product Delivery & Payment
- If you selected Payment on Delivery, you’ll inspect the package before paying.
- For prepaid orders, simply receive your item and enjoy!
⚠️ If You’re Not Available #
If no one is available to receive the item at the agreed time:
- The delivery may be rescheduled for a later time that same day.
- After 2 failed delivery attempts without notice, your order may be cancelled or tagged for pickup.
