What Happens After I Place an Order? (Order Confirmation Flow)

✅ Step-by-Step Process: #

  1. Order Confirmation
    Once your order is submitted (via the website or WhatsApp), you’ll receive a confirmation message from our team or automated assistant.
    This message will:
    • Confirm the product(s) and quantity
    • Ask for any missing details (e.g. preferred delivery date or location clarification)
  2. Delivery Scheduling
    We’ll ask you to choose a preferred delivery day — typically within 24 hours for most Nigerian locations.
    You’ll also be asked to confirm whether you or someone else will be available to receive the item.
  3. Packing & Dispatch
    Once confirmed, your item is securely packed and handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners.
  4. Notification Before Arrival
    You’ll receive a notification or call when the rider is close by. This helps ensure you’re available and prevents delivery delays.
  5. Product Delivery & Payment
    • If you selected Payment on Delivery, you’ll inspect the package before paying.
    • For prepaid orders, simply receive your item and enjoy!

⚠️ If You’re Not Available #

If no one is available to receive the item at the agreed time:

  • The delivery may be rescheduled for a later time that same day.
  • After 2 failed delivery attempts without notice, your order may be cancelled or tagged for pickup.
