📅 Can I Reschedule My Delivery? #
Absolutely. If you’re unavailable on the agreed delivery date:
- You can reschedule your delivery by contacting us at least 4 hours before the delivery time.
- We’ll help you set a new date or time that works for you.
⏰ What Happens If I Miss the Delivery? #
If the delivery team arrives and you’re unavailable:
- First Attempt:
- Our rider will try to reach you by phone.
- If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to dispatch.
- Second Attempt:
- We’ll contact you to reschedule.
- The second delivery may come with an additional fee, depending on your location.
- After Multiple Failed Attempts:
- The order may be cancelled.
- Future orders may require upfront payment instead of payment on delivery.
✅ How to Avoid Missed Deliveries #
- Choose a delivery time when someone will definitely be available to receive the item.
- Provide clear directions and reachable phone number.
- Let us know if someone else (friend, neighbour, security) can receive on your behalf.
