Cancelling an Order #

Yes, you can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order at no cost if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
    Just reach out to us immediately after placing the order.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once your order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
    If you’re unreachable during delivery and the rider returns with the product, future orders may require prepayment instead of payment on delivery.

🔁 Rescheduling an Order #

Need your item another day? No problem!

  • Contact us at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time to reschedule.
  • We’ll work with you to find the next convenient date and time.
  • The first reschedule is free of charge. Additional changes may attract a small delivery fee depending on your location.

⚠️ Important Notes #

  • Frequent cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to choose payment on delivery in the future.
  • Once rescheduled, your order will be prioritised and a new delivery date will be communicated clearly.
