What Happens After You Submit the Order Form

So you’ve submitted your order form—what’s next? At BennyBoom, we take every order seriously and work quickly to confirm and deliver your item without delay. Here’s what happens after you click “Submit”.

1. You’ll Get a Message from Our Order Assistant #

Shortly after submitting the form, our AI Order Assistant will message you on WhatsApp or any preferred channel you selected. This assistant will:

  • Confirm your product choice
  • Ask for your delivery address (if not already provided)
  • Ask when you’ll be available to receive the item
  • Confirm if you’re paying on delivery or online

💬 It’s a quick chat to make sure everything is correct before dispatch.

🚚 2. We Schedule the Delivery #

Once all your details are confirmed, we schedule your delivery based on your location and availability:

  • Lagos orders: Delivered within 24 hours
  • Other states: Dispatched promptly based on delivery timelines
  • Ineligible states: We’ll inform you if delivery isn’t possible to your area

💳 3. Payment Method is Verified #

  • If you selected Pay on Delivery, we note it.
  • If you paid online, we confirm your payment status.

We don’t require any deposit for Pay on Delivery orders, but we do verify that someone will be available to receive the package.

📦 4. Final Confirmation #

You’ll get a final delivery confirmation, including:

  • Your expected delivery date
  • A reminder to be available or assign someone
  • Our contact in case you need to make changes

💡 Need to Change Something? #

You can always reschedule or update your address by messaging us on WhatsApp or replying to the assistant before the order is dispatched.
