What to Expect When the Rider Arrives

At BennyBoom, we want your delivery to be quick, clear, and convenient. Here’s a simple guide on what to expect when our delivery rider gets to your location:

🛵 1. You’ll Receive a Call or Message #

Before arriving, our rider will:

  • Call or send you a message to confirm they’re close by
  • Ask for directions if necessary
  • Confirm you (or your authorised receiver) is available

Please keep your phone close and active around the expected delivery time.

📦 2. Package Hand-Over #

Once the rider arrives:

  • They will present your sealed package for you to inspect
  • If your order includes multiple items, you’ll be able to confirm the contents
  • You’ll sign or verbally confirm receipt of the package

💳 3. Payment (If You Chose Pay on Delivery) #

If you selected Pay on Delivery:

  • Kindly make the payment in cash or via transfer (details will be provided)
  • The rider may confirm the transfer before handing over the package
  • If payment cannot be confirmed, the order may not be delivered

⚠️ 4. Check for Any Visible Issues #

Before accepting the package:

  • Quickly inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage
  • If you suspect damage or something seems off, notify the rider immediately
  • You can also call our support line for clarification before accepting

👥 5. If Someone Else Is Receiving the Order #

Make sure:

  • They know a delivery is coming
  • They’re available and authorised to accept it
  • They have access to payment if it’s Pay on Delivery
